✳️ Description of ALS-3 Grain Cleaner
The ALS-3 is a versatile grain cleaner capable of cleaning and calibrating grains, legumes, olives, and herb seeds from all types of impurities.
This aerodynamic cleaner uses no sieves; the cleaning process is based entirely on airflow strength, with grain separation occurring by weight. The principle is demonstrated in our video. The machine can clean grains of any impurity and moisture level, including wheat, corn, soybeans, rapeseed, nuts, sunflowers, sorghum, rice, lupines, cocoa beans, vegetables, seeds, etc.
Beyond organic crops, the ALS-3 can also sort granite grit, metal scrap, PVC, and similar materials.
✳️ OSC-3 Pre-Cleaner (Screen Cleaner)
If impurities exceed 5% in the raw material, additional cleaning equipment is recommended.
The OSC Scalper is a pre-cleaning device with a specialized vibrating screen that removes large impurities and debris from grain, legumes, vegetables, and feed. It can also separate seeds of different sizes but similar weights or small grass and herb seeds. Designed for joint operation with ALS separators, the OSC is an excellent addition to ensure optimal performance.

Der Getreidereiniger ALS-3 ist eine Ausrüstung, die von jeder Art von Schmutz reinigen und Getreide, Bohnen, Oliven, Kräutersamen kalibrieren kann.
Der aerodynamische Getreidereiniger ALS-3 ist eine sieblose Maschine zur Kornreinigung. Der gesamte Reinigungsprozess basiert auf der Stärke des Luftstroms, die Korntrennung erfolgt nach Gewicht. Das Funktionsprinzip des Separators zur Kornreinigung können Sie in unserem Video sehen, unsere Kornreinigungsmaschine kann das Korn von beliebigem Schmutz- und Feuchtigkeitsgrad reinigen. Der Separator ALS-3 kann die folgenden Kulturen reinigen: Weizen, Mais, Soja, Raps, Nüsse, Sonnenblume, Sorghum, Reis, Lupine, Kakaobohnen, Gemüse, Samen usw.
Der Getreidereiniger ALS-3 kann nicht nur organische Kulturen, sondern auch Granit-Schrot, Metall-Schrot, PVC, usw. sortieren.
✳️ Vorreiniger (Siebreiniger) OSC-3

Neu in unserer Produktlinie. Wir haben eine zusätzliche Option für aerodynamische Getreidereinigern ALS entwickelt und implementiert – eine Falle für Leichtfraktion ULF. Der Hauptzweck des neuen Geräts besteht darin, Leichtfraktion (Staubpartikel, Feinfraktion) aus dem Luftstrom am Ausgang des Getreidereinigers ALS einzufangen.

Diese sind ideal für die Arbeit mit Big-Bags. Die teleskopischen Beine ermöglichen eine Anpassung der Maschinenhöhe, während die verlängerten Ausläufe das Getreide gezielt ableiten.
✳️ Rührer (Beweger)
Der Rührer mischt das Getreide und verteilt es gleichmäßig über die gesamte Breite des Eingangs zur Separationskammer. Er sorgt für einen gleichmäßigen Zufluss des Getreides in die Kammer und verhindert ein Verstopfen. Besonders empfehlenswert bei feuchtem Getreide oder Samen, die zum Verkleben neigen (z. B. Kürbiskerne).
Die Kornreinheit ist der wichtigste Indikator für die Kornqualität. Frisch geerntetes Getreide besteht nicht nur aus Körnern einer bestimmten Kultur, sondern enthält auch Verunreinigungen verschiedener Arten. Daher verringert die Reinigung des Getreides von Verunreinigungen, insbesondere von Unkrautsamen, Pflanzenpartikeln, Steinen und Erdpartikeln, die Intensität physiologischer Prozesse in der Getreidemasse erheblich. Dies verbessert die Bedingungen für die Lagerung von Getreide aufgrund einer Abnahme der Aktivität der Kornmasse.
Es lohnt sich, den Prozess der Reinigung von Getreide sehr ernst zu nehmen, da ein hohes Maß an Aktivität die Keimung von Getreidesamen negativ beeinflusst. Die Reinigung von Weizenkorn von verschiedenen Verunreinigungen gewährleistet somit die Sammlung guter Erträge in jedem Betrieb.

✳️ El ALS-3 con OSC-3 es un limpiador de nueva generación diseñado para la limpieza y calibración de todo tipo de granos y semillas: legumbres, cucurbitáceas, cultivos herbáceos y vegetales, así como materiales granulares mixtos. Macchinario aerodinamico e' il metodo migliore di separazione per la semina. Come accennato in precedenza, i pulitori ALS separano i cereali, legumi o semi in base al peso. Ciò significa che utilizzando ALS è possibile separare i semi più pesanti con elevata energia e capacità di germinazione. Tutti i cereali danneggiati vengono rimossi nelle frazioni di materie prime o mangimi.
